This apartment is designed to attached to a vertical cylinder of a diameter of 40 feet. Individuals can have architects design their own unique apartment that can be 'plugged in' to the cylinder which provides utilities and elevator transport to their private domain. It's a way to build up, not out, but still have a home designed for the individual family.
